Lyndon Rego
Lyndon focuses at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and transformation. He has worked in two dozen countries -- across Asia, the Americas, and Africa -- on individual, organizational, and community efforts.
Lyndon is a transformation catalyst and the founder of CoMetta, an initiative to build cross-community networks and collaboration. Earlier, as the founding head of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the African Leadership University (ALU), he focused on shaping an integrated approach to development across faculty, staff, and students. Prior to ALU, Lyndon was a senior leader for 14 years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he led innovation efforts and the transformative Leadership Beyond Boundaries practice which focused on increasing access to leadership development in the world. This included designing and facilitating leadership, innovation, and strategy efforts around the globe with a wide range of nonprofit, education, community, government, and business entities.
The recipient of several global awards for excellence and impact, including the OD Network award for global work, Lyndon speaks and has published on human, organization, and societal transformation. He is the author of a number of papers, including Beyond Ubuntu, Stepping into the Void (Navigating Crisis Leadership), and Building the Collective Capacity for Conscious Leadership.

Philomena Rego
Philomena is an Executive and PQ-certified Coach and Leadership Facilitator with over two decades of experience as a nonprofit leader. She is dedicated to helping individuals and leaders connect with their essence and realize their potential. Philomena's transformative work spans across the US, Asia, the Caribbean, Africa, and South America, where she has designed and delivered coaching and leadership programs. Her approach centers on compassion, mindfulness, reflection, and resilience, emphasizing mental fitness. As a changemaker, she has catalyzed transformation in individuals, organizations, and communities globally, fostering a deep connection to the coach within and enabling a more fulfilling life.
As an adjunct with the Center for Creative Leadership® (CCL®), she has delivered leadership and train-the-trainer programs. Among the products she has developed are the CCL Creative Leadership Conversation Toolkit, a globally-used resource for teaching coaching and mentoring skills; the Women’s Empowerment & Leadership Toolkit; the Girls Leadership Toolkit, and the Mentoring Toolkit. She has co-authored a book chapter on coaching for the CCL Coaching Handbook. Earlier in her career, Philomena developed extensive experience working with women’s rights initiatives as a social worker and nonprofit executive. In addition, Philomena has worked extensively with government entities. She also ran an operation for entrepreneurs which included leadership development to build self-confidence, empowerment, and emotional intelligence, and more recently Positive Intelligence.
