NCAIS Leadership Institute
Developing intentional and confident leadership skills
This Leadership Institute will develop the innate leadership abilities of promising employees. Selected leaders will participate in a school-year long experience that includes research-based best practice in leadership development as well as individual work with a certified leadership coach, enabling leaders to navigate barriers and achieve meaningful success. This intensive is designed for those looking for the next step in their careers.

Over the course of the year, participants will:

• Complete a research-based personality tool
• Attend three full-day in-person workshops with Michelle Bostian (Bostian Coaching and Consulting) on October 7, 2023, January 20, 2024, and April 13, 2024 in Greensboro. Workshops will be held on Saturdays to minimize time away from campus
• Engage in two group coaching sessions.
• Select and attend an additional NCAIS leadership opportunity during the 2023-2024 school year (Heads and Trustees, Women in Leadership, Administrators of Color, Christian School Leadership, or Academic Leadership)

Target Audience: Any educator or school staff looking for career advancement or leadership development. 
Cost: NCAIS Member Schools: $895/pp, Guests: $1195/pp (limited to a cohort of 16)
