Parent Education Event: Parenting in the Age of COVID

Monday, December 14 at 7:30pm

COVID has introduced a new normal with decreased connection to the people, places and things that impact your child's mental health. Social distancing and online learning have created a unique set of challenges for parents. This presentation will address the trends and changes in mental health and parenting during the age of COVID. Strategies for building resilience, hope and maintaining perspective in uncertain times will be shared.

**This workshop is complimentary but registration is requested**
