Spend three days with fellow Heads and Trustees immersed in relevant topics and engaging in rich and intentional conversations. Caryn Pass from Venable will kick off the event with an afternoon of trustee training on Wednesday.  Thursday will feature the session Responding to Complaints of Student/Employee Misconduct in the #MeToo Era with Melanie Bennett from United Educators and a Security Presentation by Chris Joffe. We'll wrap up Thursday with Heather Hoerle, Enrollment Management and Jeff Shields, NBOA Economics of the School Marketplace: Navigating Disruptive Change in Enrollment Management, Pricing, and Financial Aid. Thursday evening will feature a Heads social and dinner along with an after-hours wind-down.  On Friday, Heads will hear more from Chris Joffe. 

Cost: **PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN BILLING FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT:  Pine Needles has divided the food and lodging costs so that participants who choose to stay in an alternate location can more easily see the breakdown of costs.

  • Meals are NOT included in lodging 
  • Rather than paying a bundled price per night which included meals, you will pay $125-130/night for your room to the hotel 
  • Food costs for everyone will be paid directly to NCAIS as a part of the registration fee
  • The total cost for all meals during the three-day event is included in the registration fee. 
NCAIS Trustees: $300 (includes registration for the event and all meals during the Trustee portion of the conference)
NCAIS Heads of School: $180 (registration fee is included in dues, this fee covers all meals during the three-day conference)
NCAIS Business Officers: $210 (includes the registration fee for event, dinner on Wednesday; breakfast and lunch on Thursday)
Non-Member Trustee: $350 (includes registration for event and all meals during the Trustee portion of the conference)
Non-Member Heads of School: $425  (includes registration for event and all meals during the Heads portion of the conference)
